Ár Scéalta is Úire

Deireadh Fómhair 27ú - Samhain 3ú, 2017

Éire V an Danmhairg – an rud is annamh is iontach! Ní minic le hÉirinn agus an Danmhairg a chéile a imirt, ach tá stair idir na foirne mar sin féin. Deich gcluiche comórtais atá imeartha eatarthu,  trí cinn buaite ag chaon taobh agus ceithre cinn críochnaithe ar chomhscór. Ach ní mór a rá go bhfuil sé 38 bliain ó d’éirigh le foireann na hÉireann an ceann is fearr a fháil ar an Danmhairg in imirt chraoibhe. Faraor tá súil againn gur toradh deimhneach a gheobhaimid an mhí seo chugainn.

Ireland V Denmark - What's seldom is wonderful! Ireland and Denmark haven’t played each other often but there is history there anyway. Ten competitive games have been played between them, three wins each and four draws. It has to be said that it has been 38 years since the Irish team had the upper hand on Denmark in a championship. Alas, we're hoping to get a positive result this month coming.

Deireadh Fómhair 6ú - Deireadh Fómhair 13ú, 2017

Ba i nGaeilge amháin a bhí an scríobh ar gheansaí speisialta Bhaile Átha Cliath do chluiche ceannais peile na hÉireann coicís ó shin.

The writing on the special edition Dublin jerseys for the All-Ireland football a fortnight ago was In Irish only.

An t-aon athrú a bhí ar na geansaithe ná go raibh téacs breise thíos faoi shuaitheantais na bhfoirne a thug le fios gur geansaithe speisialta iad do chluiche ceannais 2017. ‘Craobh Peile na Sinsear – Cluiche Ceannais 2017’ a bhí scríofa air.

The one change on the jerseys was the extra text beneath the team’s crest which indicated that it was a special jersey for the 2017 All-ireland. ‘Senior football championship – All-ireland 2017’ was written on it.

Tuairisc Leathcheannais Chamógaíochta Chill Dara

Ba é an tús ba mheasa ar fad é cúl a ligint isteach tar éis cúpla nóiméad ach throid an foireann chamógaíochta sinsearacha ar ais go diongbháilte. Ag leath ama níor raibh ach dhá chúilín idir Nás na Ríogh agus Cill Droichead i gcluiche leathcheannais Chamógaíochta Chill Dara.

It was the worst possible start letting in a goal after 5 minutes but the senior camogie team fought back tenaciously. At half-time there was only 2 points between Naas and Celbridge in the Kildare camogie semi-final.

Chuir siad dlús leis an imirt sa dara leath. Thug siad an-taispeántas uathu ach bhi Cill Droichead romh láidir dóibh. Ar an taobh dearfach den scéal, tá ár foireann ag feabhsú de réir mar a théann siad ar aghaidh.

They upped the ante in the second half. They put in a strong performance but Celbridge were too strong. On the positive side our team is improving as they go.

Turas na Leon go dtí an Nua-Shéalainn

Mar chuid den ócáid ar an mbealach go Nua-Shéalainn chuir lucht Maori pōwhiri, searmanas fáiltithe traidisiúnta ina mbíonn damhsa, amhráin agus óráidí, i láthair na Leon. Mar chuid de chur i láthair na Leon do na Māori, labhair Robbie Henshaw i nGaeilge. Dúirt sé i ndiaidh na hócáide gur “onóir” a bhí ann dó an Ghaeilge a úsáid ina óráid agus gur ghá dó “an Ghaeilge a thógáil as an locker” agus a thabhairt leis go dtí an Nua-Shéalainn agus gan mórán de feicthe aige le deich mbliana anuas...Ba cheart Robbie a leanúint

As part of the occasion on the way to New Zealand, the Maori put on a traditional welcome with dancing, songs and speeches, for the Lions called the pōwhiri. As part of the Lions presentation to the Maori, Robbie Henshaw spoke in Irish. Afterwards he said it was an honour for him to use Irish in his presentation and he has to “take his Irish out of the locker” and to take it with him to New Zealand even if he hasn’t used much in the last decade…We could all follow Robbie’s example.

Tuairisc: Cill Dara V Baile Átha Cliath

Tá Craobh Laighean buaite ag  Baile Átha Cliath don seachtú huair as a chéile, gaisce nach ndearnadh riamh roimhe seo, ach ní fheicfidh muid Jim Gavin ag déanamh mórán ceiliúrtha agus cluichí níos tábhachtaí ar a aire.

Dublin have won the Leinster title for a seventh time in a row, a feat that has never happened before, but we won’t see Jim Gavin celebrate much with more important games on his mind.

D’aimsigh Cill Dara 1-21 agus 2-16 sa dá chluiche craoibhe a bhí buaite acu in 2017. Inniu scór siad 1-17 in aghaidh Baile Átha Cliath ach níor leor é leis an gcluiche a bhuachan. Bhí rudaí níos deacra ag Cill Dara ná in aghaidh Laoise agus in aghaidh na Mí, agus iad ag tabhairt aghaidh ar fhoireann a measadh, ó tús na craoibhe, a bheith ar cheann de na cinn is láidre sa tír.

Kildare scored 1-21 and 2-16 in the two championship games that they have won in 2017. Today thay scored 1-17 against Dublin but it wasn’t enough to win the game. Things were more difficult for Kildare than against Laois and Meath, facing a team considered, from the beginning of the championship, to be one of the strogest in the country.

Rinne tosaithe Baile Átha Cliath slad ar chosantóirí Chill Dara sa chéad fiche nóiméad agus dhá chúl sa deichiú agus aonú nóiméad déag. Tosc go raibh an scór 2 -04 in aghaidh 0 -01, níor tháinig líonrith orthu agus d’imigh Cill Dara i bhfad níos fearr le cúilíní ó Feely, Slattery and Flynn. Ag leath am ní raibh ach ceithre chúilín eatharthu agus fuair Daniel Flynn ceann de na cúiliní is fearr sa bhliain nuair a scóráil sé ó chic in aice leis an taobhlíne. Sa dara leath ní raibh an t-ádh linn ar chor ar bith mar gheall ar cúl a fháil agus tharraing BÁC siar uainn de réir a chéile.

The Dublin forwards wrecked havoc with the Kildare backs in the first twenty minutes with two goals in the tenth and eleventh minutes. Although the score was 2-04 to 0-01, Kildare didn’t panic and they played much better with points from Feely, Slattery and Flynn. At half time there was only four points between the teams and Daniel Flynn got one of the best points of the year when he scored from near the sideline. In the second half we didn’t have any luck scoring a goal and Dublin pulled away bit by bit.

Tá dhá ardú céime as a chéile bainte amach ag Cill Dara sa tsraith agus thug siad taispeántais chumasacha uathu. Tá rudaí ag feabhsú céim ar chéim.

Kildare have had two promotions back to back in the league and given capable displays. Incremental improvement is happening.

Tuairisc Féile 2017

Tá lúcháir an domhain orainn sa chlub go raibh na h-imreoirí camógaíochta agus iománaíochta ar ais i mbun an gcraobh comórtais náisiúnta. Táimid fíor bhuíoch don meantóirí a oibríonn go dian dícheallach ó chinn ceann na bliana. Táimid an-bhródúil as an meid atá bainte amach ag na h-imreoirí – bhuaigh na cailiní an Féile faoi 14 Roinn 3 agus díbríodh na buachaillí sna babhtaí ceathrú ceannais na scéithe do Roinn 1. Bhí an fhoireann buailte go dona ag gortuithe.

The club is delighted that the camogie and hurling players were in the national finals. We’re very thankful to the mentors who have worked tirelessly throughout the year and I wish everyone all the best. We’re very proud of the achievements of our players – the girls won the U14 Féile Division 3 and the boys were put out at the quarter finals of the shield in Division 1. The team was severely depleted by injuries.

Tuairisc: Cill Dara V An Mhí

Thug an bua a bhí ag Cill Dara in aghaidh Laois i gCraobh Laighean cúpla seachtain ó shin misneach d’fhoireann Cian O’Neill. Bhí sé mar sprioc ag O’Neill i mbliana cluiche ceannais Laighean a bhaint amach agus le Cathal McNally ó Johnstownbridge ag dul ar bhabhta mór scórála i bPáirc Uí Chonchúir, Tulach Mhór bhí an lámh in uachtar go luath ag Cill Dara agus beidh siad in a chéad Craobh Laighean ó 2009.

Kildare’s win over Laois in the Leinster Championship two weeks ago couraged Cian O’Neill’s team. It was a target of O’Neill’s to get to the Leinster finals this year and with Cathal McNally from Johnstownbridge going on a scoring spree in O’Connor Park, Tullamore, Kildare had an early upper hand and they will be in their first Leinster finals since 2009.

Bhí Cill Dara chun tosaigh 1-10 go 0-4 ag leath am agus tosc go bhfuair an Mhí ceithre cúilín i ndiaidh a chéile ag tús an dara leath níor tháinig líonrith orthu agus d’imigh Cill Dara níos faide chun tosaigh le cúilíní ó Feely and Flynn.

Kildare were ahead 1-10 to 0-4 at half time and although Meath got 4 points in a row at the start of the 2nd half, Kildare didn’t panic and went further ahead with points from Feely and Flynn.

Thainig Eamonn Callaghan ó Nás na Ríogh mar imreoir ionaid agus fuair sé cúilín. Ag an 68ú nóiméid fuair Daniel Flynn cúl iontach chun 1 – 04 a fháil san iomlán.

Eamonn Callaghan from Naas came on as a substitute and scored a point. On the 68th minute Daniel Flynn scored a wonderful to score 1-04 in total.

An scór deireanach ná 2-16 to 0-13.

The final score was 2-16 to 0-13

Conas a tá do chuid Ghaeilge: Léigh an sliocht seo a leanas ón Ardteist 2017

Thosaigh Teilifís na Gaeilge ag craoladh ó Bhaile na hAbhann i gConamara ar Oíche Shamhna 1996. Céim mhór chun cinn don Ghaeilge ba ea bunú an stáisiúin. Den chéad uair riamh, bhí seirbhís omlán teilifíse ar fáil sa Ghaeilge do phobal na Gaeltachta agus do lucht labhartha na Gaeilge trí chéile.

Thug an tseirbhís nua seo deis do phobal na Gaeilge a gcuid scéalta féin a insint, agus siamsaíocht teilifíse a bheith acu, ina dteanga dhúchais féin. TG4 a thugtar ar an stáisiún anois agus ar Oíche Shamhna na bliana seo caite craoladh seó spleodrach speisialta ar TG4 chun fiche bliain de sheirbhís an stáisiúin a cheiliúradh.

Tuairisc: Cill Dara V Laois

Tháinig an lá mór i ndeireadh na dála. Cill Dara in aghaidh Laois i bPáirc Uí Chonchúir, Tulach Mhór ar an 4ú Meitheamh. Is séasúr de codarsnacht mhór ar an dá foireann a tá i gceist – Cill Dara ag dul go Roinn 1 agus Laois go Roinn 4.

The big day finally arrived. Kildare against Laois in O’Connor Park, Tullamore ón the 4th June. It has been a season of great contrast for the two teams this year – Kildare moving to Divison 1 and Laois to Division 4.

Ní raibh ach athrú amháin ar fhoireann Laoise ón gcoicís seo caite agus ón tús cluiche a ghluaiseann ar aghaidh go tapaidh a bhí againn. Ós comhair lucht féachana 7,477 daoine, scóráil Donie Kingston ó Laois cúl álainn ach níor tháinig aon scaoll ar Cill Dara. Tar éis sé noiméid bhí na foirne ar comhscór maidir le pointí ó Kevin Feely, Cathal McNally agus Mark Donnellan. Tar éis fiche nóiméid bhí an lámh in uachtar ag Cill Dara sa chluiche seo agus bhí fhios againn nach mbeadh Laois ábalta teacht ar ais.

Laois had only one change to the team from a fortnight ago and from the start we had a fast-paced game. In front of a crowd of 7,477 people, Donie Kingston from Laois scored a great goal but Kildare didn’t panic. After 6 minutes the teams were level thanks to points from  Kevin Feely, Cathal McNally and Mark Donnellan, After 20 minutes Kildare had the upper hand and we knew that there was nó way back for Laois.

In iomlán scóráil Daniel Flynn 1 – 03 chun dul go dtí an chéad babhta eile i bpáirc Uí Chonchúir Tulach Mhór ar an 17ú Meitheamh ag 7 i.n. in aghaidh an Mhí. Is cúis áthais 1 – 21 a scóráil in aon cluiche agus chuaigh an lucht féachana abhaile le meangadh mór millteach.

In total Daniel Flynn scored 1 – 03 to go into the next round against County Meath in O’Connor Park, Tullamore on the 17th June at 7pm., To score 1 -21 in any game is a reason to be happy and the spectators went home with a great big smile.

I mí Bealtaine agus Meitheamh tosnaíonn gach foireann lán le misneach agus fuinneamh. Ar ndóigh athraíonn an scéal de réir a chéile go háirithe tar éis droch thoradh, ach fós féin is rud álainn í an Chraobh. Guímis gach rath do fhoireann Chill Dara sa chraobh.

In May and June every team is full of hope and energy. Things change especially with a poor start but still the championship is a wonderful event. Naas GAA wish the best to the Kildare county team in the championship.

Campa Cásca 2017

Tá an-éileamh ar an iomáint agus an chamógaíocht i CLG Nás na Ríogh. Tá beagnach trí chéad páistí ag glacadh páirte sa champa Cásca faoi láthair. Ó chúig go ceithre bliana déag d’aois, tá siad go léir ag baint taitneamh agus tairbhe as. Tá sé go h-iontach go bhfuil na daltaí níos sine ag taispeáint a scileanna do na imreoirí níos óige. Beidh taithí acu ar fhoirne a thraenáil sa todhchaí.

There is a big demand for hurling and Camogie in Naas GAA. Nearly three hundred children participating in the camp Easter presently. From five to fourteen years old, they are all enjoying and benefiting from it. It is great that older students are showing their skills to the younger players. They will have experienced in training teams for the future.

Camógaíocht U10

Bhí foireann camógaíochta faoi 10 i CLG gCill Droichid ar an gcéad Dómhnach i mí Aibreáin do ‘blitz’. Bhí níos mó ná tríocha imreoirí ann ar lá iontach dheas. D’imir siad go han-mhaith agus iad ag cloí leis na rialacha “Go Games”.

Bhí orthu ceithre scil difriúla a úsáid (jab-lift, roll-lift, handpass agus blocking) agus d’éirigh go maith leis an bhfoireann acu ann.  Táimid fíor-bhródúil astu agus is léir go bhfuil foirne camógaíochta ag dul ó neart go neart leis an léibhéal de scileanna a bhí á thaispéaint ag an bhfoireann seo!

MÍle buíochas do na tuismitheoirí a bhí ann ag tabhairt an-spreagadh dúinn.

The U10 camogie team were in Celbridge GAA on the first Sunday in April for a blitz. More than 30 players attended on a glorious day. They played very well and used the Go Games rules.

They had to use 4 skills to display (jab-lift, roll-lift, hand-pass and blocking) and they succeeded in all 4. We’re very proud of them and it is clear from the skills on display that the team is going from strength to strength.

Many thanks to the parents who were there supporting us.

Seanfhocail Nollag / Christmas Proverbs

Téann an saol thart mar a bheadh eiteoga air,
agus cuireann gach aon Nollaig bliain eile ar do ghualainn.
Life goes by as if it had wings,
and every Christmas puts another year on your shoulder.

Lá Nollag go péacach is Lá Fhéile Stiofáin ag iarraidh déirce.
A showy Christmas Day and begging on the Feast of St Stephan.

Bia is deoch i gcomhair na Nollag; éadach nua i gcomhair na Cásca.
Food and drink for Christmas; new clothes for Easter.

Seacht seachtaine ramhra ó Shamhain go Nollaig.
Seven full / long weeks from Sahmain until Christmas.

Putóga dubha na bliana, ó Nollaig go Lá Fhéile Bríde.
The darkest part of the year, from Christmas until the Feast of St. Bridgit.

Ráithe ó Nollaig go Féile Phádraig.
Three months from Christmas until the Feast of St. Patrick.

Nollaig ghlas, reilig mhéith.
A green Christmas, a fat graveyard.

Dúshlán Broadway

Bhí sé mar aidhm ar feadh na mblianta ag an gcoiste gnó bheith in ann ócáidí foirmiúla agus tiomsaithe airgid a eagrú inár gclubtheach féin sa Seanbhaile. Léirigh oíche na nduaiseanna mí Eanáir seo caite agus an tslí inar éirigh lenár gcomóradh ar 1916 le déanaí go bhfuil againn anois an t-infreastruchtúr agus na sainscileanna d’ócáidí mar iad.

Bhí Broadway Challenge ar an stáitse an Sathairn seo caite agus, cosúil go leor imeachtaí eile sa chlub, níorbh fhéidir é a dhéanamh in éagmais diansaothar líon mhór oibrithe deonacha.  Táim cinnte de go raibh an-oíche siamsaíochta go deo ag gach duine.

It has been the ambition of the executive for many years to host formal and fundraising events within our own clubhouse in Oldtown. Last January’s awards night and the recent success of our 1916 celebrations have proven that we have the infrastructure and expertise required for such events.

The Broadway Challenge took centre stage last Saturday and like so many events in the club, it could only be brought about by the hard work of many volunteers. I am certain that everyone had a great night’s entertainment.

Peil Ghaelach: Baile Átha Cliath agus Maigh Eo

Bhí Baile Átha Cliath agus Maigh Eo ag imirt sa chluiche ceannais de chraobh na hÉireann sa pheil. Bhí orthu an cluiche a athimirt toisc gur chríochnaigh an cluiche ar comhscór coicís ó shin.

Bhí slua mór i bPáirc an Chrócaigh arís Dé Sathairn chun an cluiche a fheiceáil. Thosaigh an cluiche agus d’éirigh le Baile Átha Cliath ceithre phointe a fháil gan aon scór ó Mhaigh Eo.

Ansin fuair Maigh Eo cúl. Ag leath-am ní raibh ach pointe idir na foirne, le Baile Átha Cliath pointe chun tosaigh.

Bhí pointe idir na foirne sa nóiméad deireanach den chluiche freisin. Fuair Maigh Eo cic shaor ach níor éirigh le Cillian O’Connor an scór a fháil. Bhí deireadh leis an gcluiche agus an bua ag Baile Átha Cliath. Bhuaigh siad an bhliain seo caite freisin. Bhí slua mór i lár na cathrach chun an bua a cheiliúradh tráthnóna Dé Domhnaigh.

Dublin and Mayo played in the All-Ireland football final. They had to replay to the game because the game ended in a draw two weeks ago.

There was a large crowd in Croke Park again on Saturday. The game started and Dublin got 4 points to no score from Mayo.

Then Mayo scored a goal. At half-time there was a point between the teams, with Dublin 1 point ahead.

Dublin were ahead by 1 point with the last minute of the game. Mayo got a free kick but Cillian O’Connor failed to score. The match ended and Dublin had won the game. They also won the previous year also. There was a large crowd in the city centre to celebrate the win on Sunday afternoon.

An Athbheochan Chultúrtha

Ceann de fhoinsí Éirí Amach 1916 ba ea an forás ar náisiúnachas cultúrtha a tháinig chun cinn an chéad deich mbliana den fhichiú céad. Bunaíodh an Cumann Lúthchleas Gael in 1884 le cluichí Éireannacha a chothú agus Conradh na Gaeilge in 1893 chun an teanga a athbheochan -  imeachtaí a chuir go mór leis an tuiscint láidir ag daoine óga ar chultúr Éireannach dá gcuid féin.

Tá an CLG Nás na Ríogh fós chun tosaigh ag cur leis an athbheochan seo.

The Cultural Revival

One of the sources of the 1916 Rising lay in the upsurge of cultural nationalism that came to a head in the first decade of the twentieth century. The founding in 1884 of the Gaelic Athletic Association to foster Irish games and of the Gaelic League in 1893 to revive the Irish language  gave the younger generation a strong sense of a distinctively Irish cultural identity.

Naas GAA is still to the fore in promoting this cultural revival.

Aibreáin 29ú – Bealtaine 6ú, 2016

Go Games:

Tá na Go Games ar ais arís an bhliain seo. Cuireann sé iallach ar na himreoirí bheith ag obair níos crua agus ag an am céanna cumas a chur ar a scileanna.

Bhí foireann iománaíochta faoi a seacht ag imirt in aghaidh CLG Na Sollán ar an Luan. Ba shamplaí maithe iad na cluichí sin den dea-iománaíocht. Bhí na buachaillí an-aclaí agus bhuaigh siad an dá chluiche. Ádh mór orthu agus ar na meantóirí.

Go Games:

The Go Games are back again this year. It allows players to work harder and at the same time to increase their competence.

The U7 hurling team was in action last Monday in Sallins GAA. The games were a great advert for good hurling. The lads were very fit and won their two games. Well done to the players and the mentors.

Díreach le hachoimre a thabhairt ar an méid a tharla i rith Seachtain na Gaeilge.

Just to recap on what happened during Seachtain na Gaeilge.

Ar dtús, ghlacamar páirt i Rith 2016 ar an 4ú Márta. Ritheamar an ciliméadar ón CLG go lár an bhaile. Freisin, thugamar ranganna breise don scrúdu béil do dhaltaí sa séú bliain. Buíochas mór do Fhéilim Mac Donncha agus do Shay Ó Cuinn a mhúin na ranganna do dtí seo. Beidh Tiarnán Mac Conchradha i gceannas ar an rang deireanach an Domhnach seo idir 5 p.m. agus 6 p.m.

Firstly, we took part in Rith 2016 on the 4th March. We rang the 1 kilometre from the GAA to the centre of town. Also, we gave extra oral Irish classes to 6th Year students. Many thanks to Féilim Mac Donnacha and Shay Ó Cuinn who taught these classes to date. Tiarnán Mac Conchradha will be in charge this Sunday for the last session between 5pm and 6 pm.

Bhí tráth na gceist ar siúl againn ar an gCéadaoin. Bhí seacht mbabhta ann. Tar éis an tsosa, bhí spotduaiseanna ar fáil agus bhí na buaiteoirí lán-sásta leis na huibheacha Cásca a bhuaigh siad. Bhí seacht mbord ann ar an oíche, ach bhain gach duine sult as agus táimid dóchasach go mbeidh slua níos mó againn an bliain seo chugainn. D’úsáideamar teilgeoir sonraí agus bhí gach ceist i nGaeilge agus ansin i mBéarla. Má tá aon duine ag iarraidh an Powerpoint leis na ceisteanna a fháil, téadh sé/sí i dteagmháil linn ag GaeilgeCLGNásnaRíogh@gmail.com agus beidh fáilte roimhe/roimpi é a fháil uainn.

We had our table quiz on Wednesday. There were seven rounds in the quiz. After the break, there were spot prizes to be won and the winners were delighted with their Easter eggs. There were seven tables on the night, but we are very hopeful that there will be a bigger crowd next year. We used a data projector and all questions were in Irish first and then in English. If anyone would like the Powerpoint with the questions, make contact with GaeilgeCLGNásnaRíogh@gmail.com and you will be very welcome to it.

Bhí comórtas beag againn freisin.  Chuireamar ainmneacha na bpáistí a d’úsáid cúpla focal le linn Seachtain na Gaeilge, isteach i gcrannchur do dhearbhán €10 ó Colgans.  Bhuaigh Laura Higging (U9 camógaíocht) agus Fahsai Nic Chonchradha (U12 peil). Bhí an crannchur againn  i lár thráth na gceist. Buíochas leis na meantóirí a rinne a ndícheall an Ghaeilge a chur chun cinn agus go háirithe na himreoirí a d’úsáid í.

We also had a small competition. We put the names of children who used their cúpla focal during training during Seachtain na Gaeilge into a draw for two €10 vouchers from Colgans. The winners were Laura Higgins (U9 Camogie) and Fahsai Nic Conchradha. The draw took place during the quiz. Many thanks to the mentors who promoting Irish and especially the players who spoke it.

Míle buíochas as ucht bhur gcuid tacaíochta leis na himeachtaí. Ní neart go cur le chéile!

Thanks to all who support our events. Strength in unity!

Beimid ag leanúint ar aghaidh Dé Domhnaigh, 6ú Márta, idir 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.   Tá níos mó oibre le déanamh ar an bhfiche sraith pictiúr. Bronnfar 80 marc as 240 marc ar an gcuid seo den Scrúdú Cainte.

Irish Classes:

The students got on very well at the first oral Irish class last Sunday. We would like to thank Féilim MacDonncha for his generosity who gave up his time to help the students.

We will be continuing next Sunday, 6th May, between 5pm – 6pm, with Shay Quinn, a local Irish teacher. We have more work to do on the 20 “series of pictures”. 80 out of 240 marks are awarded for this portion of the oral Irish.

Márta 3ú – Márta 10ú, 2016

Scrúdú Béil:

Ba mhaith linn buíochas ó chroí a ghabháil le Feilim Mac Donncha atá ag tacú go gníomhach leis an gCoiste Gaeilge. Beidh sé ag múineadh baill den Chlub atá sa séú bliain maidir mar ullmhúchán don scrúdú béil  ar an 28ú lá Feabhra. Tá taithí aige ar an réimse mar mhúinteoir agus mar chigire. Tá fáilte roimh chách. Bígí linn. Is fiú duit tú féin a ullmhú roimh ré!

Dá mbeadh múinteoir Gaeilge eile ann atá breá sásta, ullamh agus in ann uair a thabhairt don scrúdú béil, bí i dteagmháil linn ag GaeilgeCLGNasnaRiogh@gmail.com

Oral Irish:

We'd like to say a big thank you to Feilim Mac Donncha who is actively supporting the Coiste Gaeilge. He will be teaching members of the club who are in Sixth Year towards the oral Irish on the 28th February. He has experience in this field as a teacher and an inspector. All are welcome. It's worth preparing beforehand!

If there is another Irish teacher ready, willing and able to give an hour to help with the oral Irish, contact us at GaeilgeCLGNasnaRiogh@gmail.com
